| How to Verify Your Jewelry:
In order to verify your jewelry, all we need is a clear image of the front of the piece AND of the back of the piece. PLEASE crop out any extra space and items and resize your images to no larger than 800 pixels. Please do not send us the raw images off your camera; those images are just too big.
Please show all of the jewelry front and back, including all clasps and hooks. If your pictures are too blurry or too small or omit parts, we can't tell whether the jewelry is/are Juliana or not. In this case, you will be asked to re-submit your jewelry w/better quality pictures.
Our suggestion for taking the best pictures with your digital camera is to look in the instruction manual and follow directions for MAXI settings. If you use a scanner, use one of the older flat-bed scanners (not scanner-printers). We suggest that you set the scanner for Art Print or highest quality of 300 dpi at 100%.
Note - We cannot accept pictures from third-party sites such as ImageEvent or Photobucket. We request you send the pictures directly to us.
IMPORTANT NOTE - If you do not own the images, do not send them to us for verification. Do not copy images off the internet or any online seller and send them into us for verification. You must own the images in order for us to use them for verification.
